Pickup and transport and management of municipal waste from property ownersinhabited in the commune of Włoszakowice and
Organizing and running a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) in the period from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The subject of the contract will be implemented in particular by: 3.1. cyclical perception of unsorted(mixed) and selectively collected municipal waste from inhabited real estate, with a frequency specified later in the description of the order; 3.2. Transport and development of the collected unsorted (mixed) municipal waste in municipal installations resulting from voivodshipswaste management plans; 3.3. Transport and development of selectively collected municipal waste in municipal installations or waste recovery or disposal installations, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management referred to in art. 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste(vol. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended); 3.4. Organizing and running a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) in the Włoszakowice commune, which is mentioned in detail later in the description of the order. 3.5. exercising control over
