Description:
The subject of the contract is successive collection and management of components for the production of alternative fuel RDF, created in the process of recovery and sorting waste at the Waste Development Plant in Toniszew - further ZZO.
It must be in line with the legal provisions in force in this respect and the entertained recovery processes in Annex 1 to the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended).
