- 1. The subject of the contract is the successive reception, transport and development in the recovery or neutralization process of stabilizer after biological processing in the MBP installation, i.e. waste with code 19 05 99 - other unspecified waste produced at the Purchaser's plant. Offered way Development must be carried out in a manner consistent with the hierarchy of ways of dealing with waste, in particular with described in Annexes No. 1 and No. 2 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended), recovery or disposal processes.
