Description:
The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and disposal of medical waste from the facilities of the Independent Public Health Care Center in Siedlce for a period of 12 months
Detailed description of the subject of the contract:
The subject of the contract is: provision for a period of 12 months of the service loading, export and disposal of medical waste in accordance with applicable regulations, and in particular:
a) by the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587)
b) the Regulation of the Minister of Health of October 5, 2017 on the detailed procedure with medical waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1975)
c) the ordinance of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment on the disposal and storage of medical waste and veterinary waste of November 26, 2021 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2245)
d) by the Act of 27 April 2001, protection Environment (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 54);
e) by the Act of 19 August 2011 on the transport of dangerous goods (i.e., Journal of Laws 2024, item 643);
f) by the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 728),
As part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to collect, loading, export and utilization of medical waste with the following codes
"18 01 01 - surgical and treatment tools and their leftovers (excluding 18 01 03)
"18 01 02* - body parts and organs as well as blood containers and preservatives for storage (excluding 18 01 03)
