The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from all inhabited properties, located in the Sulechow commune in a way that ensures relevant recycling levels, preparation for re -use and recovery by other methodsand limiting the mass of municipal waste in biodegradation transferred to storage. The area of ββthe Sulechow commune is the city of Sulechow and the villages of: Brody, Brzezie near Sulechow, Bukow, Cigacice, GΕogusz, Gorki MaΕe, Gorzykowo, Kalsk, Karczyn, Kije, KlΔpsk, Krjaty, Kruszyna, LeΕna Gora, ΕΔgowo, ΕΔgowo,Pomorsko, Brzezie near Pomorska, Mozow, Nowy Εwiat, Okunin, as well as the hamlet of BoryΕ, Laskowo, Nowy KlΔpsk, Zragiel, Sablis.implementation of the subject of the contract, assuming that the settlement of the contractor's receivables as remuneration will take place on the basis of VAT invoices issued once a month, for a calendar month.On the basis of employment contracts within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974, the Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended) persons directly performing activities in the scope of:
