1 Residents, Poor Piekuty and the real estate of the Wasno or BDcy in the Nowy Piekuty Commune Board (i.e. Municipalities, Chamber of Regional Tradition of Agriculture in Nowe Piekuty, School and Preschool Complex in Nowe Piekuty, School and Preschool Complex in Jaboni Kocielna, Health Orode Jabo Kocielna, Health Orode, Blade Jee, Municipal Culture Orode in Nowe Piekuty), b) Organizing and running a selective point Zbirki municipal waste (PSZOK) in the Nowe Piekuty commune and the management of waste collected at this point, in a way, in accordance with the hierarchy of pursuing with waste, the provisions of the Act of 13 in 1996 on maintaining clean and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399, of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587 of the amendment) and the bonding waste management plan for the voivode Podlasie.
