Description:
The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled "Receipt, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Wyrzysk commune for a period of 24 months - (2026-2027 optionally 2028)".
The scope of the contract includes:
1) collecting municipal waste:
a) directly from the owners real estate remaining in the municipal municipal waste collection system of the Wyrzysk commune, cyclically in the "U source" system,
b) from owners of inhabited real estate located in the Wyrzysk commune, in the system of mobile waste collection (hereinafter "MZO"),
c) from the Selective Waste Collection Point Municipalities located in the commune of Wyrzysk (hereinafter "Pszok"),
d) from specialized containers for the collection of waste located in public places available, located in the Wyrzysk commune;
2) transport of collected municipal waste referred to in point 1 (hereinafter
called "waste municipal ") to the place of development 1 of waste, provided by the Contractor and indicated in the offer, including through the place or places for collecting waste provided by the Contractor and indicated in the offer;
3) development of the collected municipal waste;
4) providing the owners real estate of containers intended for the collection of municipal waste and ensuring their proper technical and sanitary condition, to which the waste deposit system provides for waste collection in containers;
