- III. Description of the subject of the contract:
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from all inhabited properties located in the Mykanow commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).
2. The contractor is obliged to collect and develop the entire municipal waste stream with:
1) real estate with single -family housing,
2) real estate with multi -leaved buildings,
3) Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).
