The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the commune of Kleszczow commune from residential real estate and the municipal selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK).

1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Kleszczow commune from residential real estate and the municipal selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK).
2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:
a) pickup,Transport and management of municipal waste from inhabited real estate and the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point;
iceTransport and management of waste once in each half -period of the contract (in the spring and autumn) individually from residing real estate;
d) providing owners of real estate residing for the time of the order of the order of waste containers, adapted toMechanical emptying - equipment with containers for the duration of the contract;
e) collection, transport and management of waste selectively collected at public points.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is an attachment to SWZ.
