Description:
1. Entity of the contract-the subject of the contract is a service in the field of acceptance, transport and management of municipal waste from all property owners from the area of the Kościelisko commune-residential and uninhabited real estate, where municipal resources are created.
The service isin consistent with the regulations, transport and development of all Ro-Dziajow and any amount of municipal waste from the area of the Kościelisko commune.
Detailed description of the subject of the contract and schedules are included in Annex 11 and 12 to SWZ.
2. The order of the contract is dividedon 6 parts.
The Ordering Party allows you to submit partial offers - the Contractor may submit an offer for one or several or all parts of the order; The contracting authority does not limit the number of part of the order to which the order can be awarded to the same contractor in the event of the selection of its offer.
