- The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Wieliszew commune divided into 2 parts:
Part 1 - Receipt and management of municipal waste from inhabited real estate, located in the Wieliszew commune in 2026:
Subject of the order in the scope Part 1 is to receive and manage the municipal waste from the property located in the Wieliszew commune indicated in the description of the subject of the contract where residents live - in a way that ensures relevant recycling levels, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of municipal waste biodegradable transferred for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan and the provisions of the Regulations maintaining cleanliness and order in the Wieliszew commune, as well as other provisions of statutory and local law.
Part 2 - collection of waste from facilities subordinate to the Wieliszew commune and from the commune:
The subject of the contract is to receive and develop the subject indicated in the description Orders of municipal waste from uninhabited real estate located in the Wieliszew commune and from the commune where municipal waste is created:
