1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners real estate where residents live, located in the commune of Legionowo, from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection point, expired drugs from pharmacies as well as clothing and textiles from specialized containers in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027 in a way that ensures that relevant recycling levels, preparation for re -use and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of municipal waste biodegradable transferred for storage.
2. The contractor is obliged to follow during the duration legal provisions, and in particular:
a) the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste,
b) the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities,
c) the Act of 11 January 2018 on electo -mobility and alternative fuels,
d) the resolution of the Legionowo City Council on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Legionowo Municipality,
e) the current resolution of the Legionowo City Council regarding the determination of the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners in the commune Miejska Legionowo where the inhabitants live and the development of these waste, in exchange for the owner of the property paid ...
