The Ordering Party reserves that the given amount of the subject of the contract is the forecasted size and depending on the ordering authority may be reduced. The above does not result in withdrawal from the contract or change its conditions. In the event of the ordering party from the foregoing, the contractor is not entitled to any claim in this respect. The actual amount of the subject will be due to the actual needs of the Ordering Party.
