Description:
1) The subject of the contract is successive reception and recovery of stable municipal sewage sludge (waste with code 19 08 05) together with loading and transport from the place of manufacture to the place of recovery by the R3 method specified in Annex 1 to the Act on waste of December 14, 2012. (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587), in the years 2026-2027, from the following facilities:
a) Sewage treatment plant "Karkoszka II" in Wodzisław Śląski, ul. Czyżowicka 131 - estimated amount of 16,000 mg (8,000 mg per year)
b) Sewage treatment plant "Rydułtowy" in Rydułtowy, ul. Civic 97 - estimated amount of 6000 mg (3,000 mg for a year).
Attention! The estimated amount of sediment intended for export and recovery is determined on the basis of the amount of deported sediment in the last 12 months (from August 2024 to July 2025). This amount is only approximate for comparison of offers.
2) obliged contractor Is complete the order on the principles and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
3) the Contractor with whom the contract for the performance of the subject of the contract will be concluded will be obliged to confirm transport and takeover of waste in the BDO system.
4) after the contractor is perceived Municipal sewage sludge from the Employer full of responsibility for them, goes to the contractor. The contractor (in accordance with Article 27 of the Waste Act) is responsible for recovery and transport of settlements).
