- The Recipient provides the Supplier with the service of collection, transport and management of the post-reaction product (hereinafter referred to as PPR) with code 10 01 82 within the meaning of the Act of December 14, 2012. on waste (Journal of Laws 2023.1587, i.e. of 2023/08/10) from flue gas desulfurization installations using the semi-dry method calcium, located in two heating plants operated by RADPEC Społka Akcyjna, i.e. Ciepłownia Południe at ul. Żelazna 7 and Ciepłownia Połnoc at ul. Holszańska 3 in Radom. The expected amount of PPR to be collected during the term of the contract is - Ciepłownia Południe: approx. 4,408 tonnes, Połnoc Heating Plant: approx. 3,684 tonnes. The contract will be concluded for a fixed period from January 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027.
