Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the recultivation of a non-hazardous and inert waste landfill by the Contractor in the town of Krzy, commune. waste delivered by the Ordering Party.2.The subject of the contract referred to in point 1 should be performed based on the contract and its annexes, i.e.:1)Form the Contractor's tender along with the tender cost estimate prepared using the detailed calculation method - Annex No. 1 and 1a to the SWZ and the contract, 2) Description of the subject of the order, Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the contract, 3) Project documentation, Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and the contract: a) Technical documentation specifying the technical conditions for closing and recultivation of non-hazardous and neutral waste landfill in the town of Krzy, commune of the European Union of December 18, 2024, reference number: KLSV.7241.1.2024.KZ, on changing the decision to close and recultivate a waste landfill other than dangerous and indifferent in the town of Krzy, commune the description of the subject of the order is described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the contract and in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ i contracts.
