Description:
The subject of the contract is the delivery of a recombinant concentrate of VIIA coagulation factor to secure the continuity of treatment of patients with hemophilia A and B complicated inhibitor and acquired/innate hemophilia A - hereinafter by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) of direct recipients - regional blood donation and blood centers (hereinafter RCKiK), on the principles set out in the content of SWZ.
The concentrate of the recombinant coagulation factor VIIA together with the delivery to regional blood donation and bloodthirsty centers.
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a recombinant concentrate of VIIA coagulation factor to secure the continuity of treatment of patients with hemophilia A and B complicated inhibitor and acquired/innate hemophilia A - hereinafter by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) of direct recipients - regional blood donation and blood centers (hereinafter RCKiK), on the principles set out in the content of SWZ.
2. Total number (purchase size): 4,600 mg
3. Dose proportions in each delivery - according to SWZ.
4. Concentrate of coagulation factor It must be delivered with a set that allows it to be given.
