The subject of the order is the supply of a concentrate of recombinant PORK coagulation factor VIII to ensure the continuity of treatment of patients with acquired congenital hemophilia A - hereinafter referred to as "coagulation factor", with the availability category Rp or Rpz, to those indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK). direct recipients - Regional Blood Donation and Treatment Centers (hereinafter referred to as RCKiK), on the terms specified in the SWZ content.
Recombinant pork coagulation factor VIII concentrate with delivery to Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centers.
1. The subject of the order is delivery of recombinant PORK coagulation factor VIII concentrate to ensure the continuity of treatment of patients with acquired congenital hemophilia A - hereinafter "coagulation factor", with the availability category Rp or Rpz, to direct recipients indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) - Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centers (hereinafter referred to as RCKiK), on the terms specified in the SWZ content.
2. Total quantity (purchase quantity): 1,000,000 IU.
3. Proportions of doses in each delivery - in accordance with SWZ.
4. The clotting factor concentrate must be supplied with a kit enabling its use pass.
