The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task in the design and build mode consisting of:
1.1. Task 1: Reconstruction of the 110 kV HV overhead line Żur - Tuchola (from site number 19 toGPZ Tuchola) including:
1.1.1. design and construction of a 110 kV HV power line from the existing stand no. 19 on the 110 kV WN Żur - Tuchola line to the 110 kV HV switchgear in GPZ Tuchola, along with a new fiber optic tract,
1.1. 2. dismantling the existing 110 kV Żur Tuch HV lineola on the section from the existing site no. 19 to the Tuchola GPZ,
1.1.3. liquidation of the intersections of the planned 110 kV HV overhead line with the existing 15 kV and LV 0.4 kV MV overhead power grids,
1.1.4. obtaining the rights to use the property and limited rights to sayin the form of a transmission easement.
1.2. Task 2: Reconstruction of the 110 kV HV overhead line Tuchola - Chojnice Kościerska, including:
