The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment project in the "design and build" mode, consisting of:
Task No. 1 - Reconstruction of the 110 kV HV overhead line Sępolno - Chojnice Przemysłowa:
- design and construction of a 110kV HV cable-overhead power line from 110kV HV switchboard in GPZ Sępolno to the 110kV HV switchboard in GPZ Chojnice Przemysłowa, together with a fiber optic tract along the entire 110kV HV line and new distribution frames in GPZ Chojnice Przemysłowa and GPZ Sępolno;
- dismantling the existing 110kV HV line Sępolno - Chojnice Przemysłowa;
- elimination of intersections of the planned 110kV HV overhead line with the existing 15kV MV and 0.4kV LV overhead power grids in accordance with the annex;
- obtaining the rights to dispose of the property and limited property rights in the form of a transmission easement, and in the case of lack of such possibility to obtain a ULSIP decision.
