the contract will be carried out under decision 472/2010 granting permission to perform construction worksissued by the Staroste of Krapkowice for the task: "Reconstruction of the castle for hotel and gastronomic purposes, reconstruction of the building of the former pumping station for the purposes of the Tourist Information Center, land development - device of recreational and sports areas along with the construction of the network, renovation of Lipowa Avenue,Reconstruction of the fountain and construction of the hangar under the Moszna program - Castle with the Regional Center for Recreation and Cultural Tourism "with a change - decision 279/2018, and permission No. 813/N/2010 of the Opolskie Voivodship Conservator of Monuments of 09.11.2010.
Place of investment implementation: plot No.306/2, K.M. 4, Moszna precinct, Strzeleczki commune.
The castle building is entered in the register of monuments under the decision number 681/63 of 24.06.1963. z o. o.
As part of the task, it is planned to perform works related to the reconstruction of existing rooms,located on three different floors in the western part of the castle building. The reconstruction is carried out for the purpose of creating two double hotel rooms with its own sanitary knot, conference room
