Brief Description of the Subject Orders: The scope of the contract includes reconstruction of access road to agricultural land within Radziejów and Roman village, ie: - road length - 1953,50 m, - alignment of the existing stone coalse - 494,142 m2, - surface of asphalt concrete weight (layer binding) - 6176.78 m2, - tracking surface from asphalt concrete mass (garment layer) - 5978.93 m2, - roadside stripper with stone aggregate - 1172,10 m2, - Earth roadside - 781.40 m2. In order of employment on the basis of an agreement work. Based on 95 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing the following activities related to the contract: Road works. The method of verification of employment, the powers of the contracting authority in the scope of control and sanctions for non-fulfillment of the requirements were set out in the contracted provisions of the Agreement.
