• 1. Scope of works and other conditions relating to the order 1) Description of the design part including: a) preparation of the construction design, b) carrying out the procedure for compliance of the construction design and design documentation with the Directives on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects affecting the natural environment (as amended), c) obtaining a positive opinion from the Intermediate Body on this matter before commencing construction works in accordance with the provisions of the co-financing agreement, d) preparing a construction design in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Construction Law, e) preparation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, f) preparation of the bill of quantities and cost estimate, g) preparation of information regarding safety and health protection, h) participation in meetings organized by the Ordering Party, during which the contractor will present the proposed design solutions, i) taking into account the recommendations and guidelines presented by the investor's supervision inspector when designing.
