Description:
1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction and change of the structure of the roof of a building in the town of Modawin Grny, together with the change of use to a rural community center and the demolition of a farm building on plot land registry number 235/2, precinct 0008 in the town of Modawin Grny, commune. Zapolice as part of the investment project entitled Infrastructure and social investments in degraded areas in the commune. Zapolice. 2. Employment based on an employment relationship, in accordance with art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 1) Ordering party pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act requires that, throughout the period of execution of the works, the Contractor employs, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities related to the execution of the order, if the performance of these activities consist in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465, as amended).
