The subject of the order is comprehensive design and execution of construction works as part of the investment consisting in the reconstruction and expansion of the building at ul. design documentation, including: - architectural and functional concept, - construction and executive designs for all industries, - technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, - bills of quantities and investor cost estimates, - obtaining all necessary decisions, agreements and permits, including a building permit or effective notification.2.Performance of construction works in accordance with the prepared and approved documentation, including: - demolition of an existing residential building and outbuildings, - construction of a new facility fulfilling social, cultural and educational functions, - construction of rooms: library and reading room (Bioteka), cafe supporting cultural activities, classrooms (traditional, computer, conference), room for toddlers, exhibition mezzanine, sanitary facilities and technical rooms, - construction of a staircase with wi...
