The subject of the order is: Reconstruction and change of use of the school building into a school building, construction of a playground for children as part of the task titled Obek Nowe Szans, Rakowa 50, 38-535 Tyrawa Wooska carried out as part of the Program for the development of institutions caring for children up to 3 years of age, Active Maluch 2022-2029.2. The investment area marked on the land registration map no. 307, 308/1 in the Rakow registration area is located in an urbanized area, intended for services. The area is rectangular in shape and slopes towards the north-east. The terrain elevations range from 359.2 to 355.83. There are buildings located on the site; a single-story brick school covered with a hipped roof, a brick service building covered with a hipped roof (the buildings are adjacent to each other), and technical infrastructure in the form of water supply connections, sanitary sewage systems, overhead telecommunications lines, and cables energy, used for the needs of existing facilities.
