Description:
1. 1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction and expansion of the 220/110 kv Toruń Elana station. Modernization of SE Tel provides: reconstruction of 220 kV switchgears to a 2S system in tubular storage for the system and link for individual fields, construction of a new technology building and design and constructionSzynowe bridge along with obtaining Duś, DLS and PNB. In addition, the subject of the contract contains the right option - supervision option. Detailed requirements for the options are included in Part IV SWZ.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in part II SWZ Functional and utility program.

4. Each time, in all cases where the contracting authority describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical evaluationtechnical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, the Employer allows equivalent solutions described if they allow you to obtain features or parameters not worse than the cited. The above means that the contractor may applyto the solutions described by the ordering party "or equivalent".
5. Pursuant to art. 101 para. 5 of the Act, the contractor, who cites equivalent solutions described by the contracting authority, is obliged to show that he offers the deliveries, services or works of construction meet the requirements for the requirements...
