Description:
1. Construction works will be carried out on the basis of Decision No. 6/2024 permit for the implementation of a road investment (ZRID), reference number BA.6740.9.2.2024 of July 1, 2024 of the Staroste of Kdzierzysko Kozielski (on August 28, 2024, this decision became final).2. The scope of works includes the reconstruction and expansion of ul. March 8 in Kdzierzynie Kolu on section A from km 0+000 to the border of the first stage at km 0+385, marked in the drawing (Appendix No. 4 to the agreement), in particular: 1) preparatory works, 2) execution of demolition works, 3) execution of earthworks, 4) cutting down of trees and shrubs colliding with the planned investment, 5) construction of a riverbed including ground profiling, 6) construction layers, 7) reconstruction and expansion of the road surface, sidewalks, individual exits, 8) renovation of the road with an asphalt concrete surface, 9) reconstruction of the drainage system, 10) reconstruction of the water supply network, 11) reconstruction of power equipment, 12) reconstruction of telecommunications equipment, 13) construction of a street lighting network and lighting of pedestrian crossings, 14) vertical regulation of technical infrastructure facilities, 15) implementation of horizontal and vertical markings, 16) implementation of green areas.3.
