- The subject of the design and build order is the implementation of the investment entitled: Reconstruction of the extension of DP No. 1809B on the section of the Rail Baltica Pieniki railway line. The task includes the preparation of design documentation, obtaining the necessary agreements and decisions, and the implementation of construction works related to the reconstruction and expansion of district road No. 1809B on the section of the Rail Baltica railway line - Pieniki. The project will be carried out on the section at km 0+6154+290 with a length of 3,675 m, within the following towns: Pieniki, Brzozowa Wlka and Sojczyn Borowy, Grajewo commune, Grajewo poviat. Detailed scope of the subject orders and implementation conditions are specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - model contract and Annex No. 9 to the SWZ - functional and utility program (FFU).
