Description:
The subject of the contract is the implementation of project documentation (together with the author's supervision at the stage of the task) and construction works, in the formula "Design and build" along with the delivery and assembly of equipment permanently built for the investment project entitled: "Reconstruction and reconstruction and reconstructionExpansion in the formula "Design and build" building No. 10 for the purpose of the pulmonary rehabilitation department ".
As part of the subject of the contract before the execution of road works, the contractor will perform a cable line connecting building No. 12 with the cable connector ZK/K2/1 at building No. 2 and make a connectionDVK 110 pipe between building No. 12 and building No. 7 (RDC-7). The route of individual lines is shown in detail on
drawings in Annex 7A to SWZ. 1. If the description of the subject of the contract refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems,referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority allows the equivalent solution described in each such standard, technical assessment, technical specification and technical reference system. References to standards, technical assessments, technical specificationsand technical reference systems referred to in para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 Public Procurement Law is always accompanied by an "or equivalent" expression, even if it has not been indicated in the documentation.
