Description:
1) The subject of the order is the reconstruction and expansion of the kindergarten building with accompanying infrastructure in Strzelce. 2) The scope of the investment task is limited to the Employer's real estate: Plot No. 7/1 and 1/2 is developed with utility buildings: - School and kindergarten complex, a complex of buildings with with a gymnasium, interconnected by connectors, used buildings. Dziaka has communication access via an exit from the provincial road No. 60 from the western side (unused exit, plot no. 82) and an exit from the eastern side (ul. Szkolna, plot no. 11). There is a parking lot and roads on the plot internal. The game is amazing. The plot includes school playing fields, a playground for school children and a separate one for kindergarten children, as well as numerous trees and bushes. The plot is fenced - the fence on the side of road no. 60 (from the kindergarten side) is low, made of stone, and in poor technical condition. Dziak is equipped with the following networks: electricity, telecommunications infrastructure, sanitary sewage, storm sewage, water supply, one hydrant is located on the plot in question, at a distance of approximately 8 m from the building, the other on the neighboring plot 1/2. 3) Uw...
