Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment task entitled: "Reconstruction and expansion of the nursery building No. 13 at 27 Kolowa St. in Gdańsk".
2. The task will be co-financed under the "Active Toddler 2022-2029" program co-financed from the National Plan for Reconstruction and IncreaseResistance.
3. The material scope of works includes all works, activities and works necessary for the implementation of the investment task, including the following elements in particular:
a) the expansion of the nursery with four unicamed branches with social facilities;
b) Connection of both parts with a connector;
c) constructioninfrastructure, including external installations based on increased demand for media;
d) reconstruction and expansion of parking and lighting;
e) expansion of the kitchen and facilities together with the delivery and assembly of technological equipment;
f) liquidation of one existing entrance;
g) Garden extension andPlaygrounds;
h) Delivery of movable equipment, in accordance with the design documentation and
a list of equipment.
The Contractor as part of the implementation of the subject of the contract will obtain a decision on the permit to use buildings covered by the subject of the contract.
4. Detailed scope of the order andThe conditions of implementation were specified in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 8 to SWZ. Other terms of the contract were specified in the proposed provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, constituting Annex 9 to SWZ.
