The subject of the order is the reconstruction and expansion of the sports hall at Primary School No. 2 in Sztum, together with the necessary technical infrastructure, felling of trees and replacement plantings.2. It is the Contractor's obligation to obtain permission to use the facility.3. Detailed material scope the subject of the contract is specified in the design documentation, industry arrangements and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB) prepared by the Pol-Inwest Andrzej Szajdziski design office from Kalisz, the contents of which the Contractor undertakes to familiarize himself with. 4.
