Description:
1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction and expansion of warehouse buildings no. 23, 24, 25 and 26 along with accompanying infrastructure in Szeroki Bor.
The subject of the order is described in detail in Annexes No. 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 to the SWZ.
2. Place of execution of the subject of the order: closed area - closed area Szeroki Bor.
3. The contractor will provide a warranty for the subject of the contract, i.e. the works performed and installed devices, for a period of: minimum 36 - maximum 60 months.
4. The Contractor will provide a warranty for the delivered equipment and fittings for the period of: 60 months.
5. Warranty period: 60 months - according to art. 568 § 1 of the Civil Code
6. From the date of handing over the facility for use, for 60 months the Contractor will carry out free maintenance and inspections of: air heating installation, dynamic drying installation, power generators, fire alarm system and alarm system television surveillance system in accordance with the "Operational and technical requirements for the 19th SPW group - Specialized systems and devices for the protection of facilities" of May 8, 2020.
In the case of an alarm system and a television surveillance system, the Contractor is obliged to provide the warranty to undertake repairs within 4 hours of reporting the fault by the user in accordance with the "Operational and technical requirements for the 19th SpW group - Specialized systems and devices for the protection of facilities" of May 8, 2020.
