Description:
1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction and addition of 24 existing tourist accommodation buildings at the House of Creative Work in Wierzba of the Polish Academy of Sciences into new year-round recreation facilities, which are to be comprehensively rebuilt and added together with necessary technical infrastructure, equipment and development of the adjacent area in the design and execution of construction works, the task in question includes: - preparation of a construction design for the "Reconstruction and superstructure of 24 buildings for year-round tourist accommodation (holiday houses) based on the Functional and Utility Program, hereinafter referred to as PFU, and obtaining a construction permit; - execution of construction works in accordance with the design documentation and permit approved by the Ordering Party.2.
