Type of order: Construction works. The subject of the order is "Reconstruction and modernization of the access road and stairs leading to the complex of buildings located in Tarnowskie Góry at ul. Częstochowska 9, together with the replacement of the fragment damaged by tree roots and fences and other accompanying works. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes No. 1, 10, 11 to the ZO and in the Agreement constituting Annex No. 9 to the ZO.3. The proceedings concerned herein Inquiry The tender offer is marked with the sign: KNKa11/2025/WNP-018757/4. Contractors are obliged to refer to the above-mentioned designation in all contacts with the Ordering Party.4. Each Contractor may submit only one offer prepared in accordance with the requirements specified in the Request for Quotation in electronic form. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting offers signed in the traditional way in the form of a scan.5. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. An offer can only be made for the full scope of the order.6. The Ordering Party does not require a deposit.7. Contractors receive access to the PKP S.A.
