- 1. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and modernization of the facility at ul. Sowiska 18 in Wroclaw.2. The subject of the contract is to be performed based on the SWZ with annexes.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms of execution of the order are presented in the annexes to the draft contract, i.e. in the Description of the Subject of the Order and the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works STWiORB.4. The contractor is obliged to provide at least a 24-month warranty for the works covered by the subject of the order, an appropriate declaration can be found in the Offer Form. Simultaneously offered by the Contractor, the warranty period will be the criterion for evaluating the offers, as referred to in Section XVI of the SWZ.5. The Contractor undertakes to conclude and maintain in force throughout the entire duration of this contract, starting from the date of its signing, a civil liability insurance contract with a limit no less than PLN 1,000,000.00 for one and all events during the insurance period. The Contractor will submit a copy of the insurance policy to the Ordering Party within 14 days from the date of signing contracts.
