- Brief description of the subject of the order: 3.1. The subject of the order is the design and implementation of an investment called Reconstruction and modernization of the water intake and water treatment plant at the District Hospital. Mother Teresa of Calcutta in Drawsko Pomorskie and making and placing an information board forPolish Government Fund ad; Strategic Investment Program. The scope of this order includes design, obtaining appropriate decisions and permits, including a water permit (well No. 3 along with hydrogeological documentation), execution of construction works and delivery of equipment, complete installation of the water intake and treatment plant along with accompanying installations specified in the PFU, and necessary for rational management of media, including electricity. Under this order, the Contractor will construct one deep well SW-3, modernize the existing deep well, SW-32, perform a complete power supply unit with electrical and instrumentation installations, visualization of technological processes, general construction and renovation works, land development. The scope of the order, apart from that indicated above, also includes: replacement of 4 pieces of window joinery with PVC, dismantling of existing equipment that has been put out of use...
