Description:
1) The subject of the order is construction works, i.e. reconstruction and renovation of the building of the Social Welfare Home in Wietrzychowice on plot no. 481/2 in the town of Wietrzychowice, commune. Wietrzychowice, Tarnow poviat (Wietrzychowice 9, 33-270 Wietrzychowice).2) Construction works include: a) demolition of the existing partition walls between individual rooms, brickwork and construction of new walls in a new location, b) dismantling the existing door frames and purchasing and installing new ones, c) reconstruction and expansion of the water and sewage installation. including white assembly and installation of handles for disabled people and buildings furniture, d) reconstruction of the electrical installation, e) disassembly of existing edges, construction of curbs and all surface layers in accordance with drawing no.
