Execution of construction works including reconstruction and renovation of a summer building located in Siemiany, plot no. 239/33, rev. 0031 Siemiany, commune Iawa. The scope of work includes, among others: dismantling the existing roof covering along with flashings, battens, counters and insulation, demolition of the roof covering walls, floors, ceiling and degraded wooden elements, dismantling window and door joinery, dismantling the partition wall separating the kitchen, dismantling the partition wall separating the attic room, dismantling internal sanitary and electrical installations, removing loose fragments on the walls foundations and filling in gaps, replacing degraded wooden elements, strengthening collar beams, constructing a new partition wall separating the attic room, securing the entire structure with biodegradable, antifungal and fire retardant preparations, installing a new roof covering with insulation damp-proofing, battens and counters as well as sheet metal flashings, construction of new cladding of external and internal walls with damp-proof and thermal insulation, roof insulation with damp-proof insulation and ...
