Description:
1. Determination of the subject of the public procurement, the task includes: 1) Construction works including reconstruction and renovation of the City Hall building, under conservation protection, located in Iawa, plot no. 203, 207/2, 201/3, 201/1, fragment 201/4, fragment 202 rev. 11 m. Iawa. Scope of work includes, among others: replacement of external window and door joinery with divisions and profiles based on available iconographic information of the town hall building, renovation of the original main entrance door above the promenade, renovation of the facade, decorative elements, architectural details, rustication, balustrades including, among others: removal of secondary plasters and loose layers of previous plasters, disinfection of exposed walls, closing of cracks, stitching of the floor, soaking the wall surfaces with a biologically active preparation, making new plasters and granite plinths; renovation of decorative elements and architectural details, stucco, rustication (some of the decorative elements have been removed and secured for safety reasons, they need to be renewed and placed back on the facility), cleaning, filling in gaps, disinfection (fungal and rust-proofing) and for...
