Description:
The subject of the order is: RECONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION OF A UNUSABLE BUILDING INTO A BUILDING WITH A COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL FUNCTION, TOGETHER WITH AREA DEVELOPMENT IN THE PREMISES OF ZOO WROCAW SP. Z O.O. AT UL. WRBLEWSKIEGO 1-5 WE WROCAWIU (Journal of Laws No. 2/2, AM-2, Dbie district) The scope of construction works includes in accordance with the design construction approved by Decision of the Mayor of Wrocław No. 1023/2025 of May 16, 2025, in particular the following elements: 1) Land development in the scope of construction of sidewalks, squares and accesses to the building, reconstruction of pedestrian routes, fences, finishing works 2) Execution of external sewage system sanitary, 3) Reconstruction and renovation of an existing building into a building with a commercial and educational function after dismantling the existing exhibitions inside the pavilion, 4) Construction of a substructure with supplies and installation of stainless steel meshes on the facade for planting a vertical garden 5) Reconstruction existing and construction of new internal electrical, low-voltage, sanitary and ventilation installations. 3.
