Brief description of the subject of the order: 4.1. The subject of the contract is construction works on the investment task entitled: Reconstruction and renovation of roads in the commune and town of Rudnik nad Sanem, 4.2. The scope of works includes in particular: 4.2.1. Task 1 - Reconstruction of the municipal road No. 102772R - Podborze Street in the town ofc) Kopki:, 1) works in the field of site preparation for construction and earthworks: a) measurement works for linear works along with as-built inventory, b) vertical adjustment of underground equipment chambers and repair of concrete equipment (elements), c) mechanical disassembly of the pavement made ofmineral and bituminous shacks,, d) removal of fertile soil layer (topsoil) with the use of excavators,, e) dismantling of curbs and cobblestone pavement,, f) dismantling of pipe culverts,, g) installation of protective pipes, 2) foundation on widenings roadway, exits and hard shoulder:, a) mechanically performedno channels made over the entire width of the roadway and sidewalks,, b) construction of the foundation, c) construction of the surface from a mineral-bitumen mixture, 3) road surface: a) cleaning and spraying the surface with asphalt emulsion,, b) leveling the existing foundation with the mixture mineral-bitumen,, c) ware you...
