Description:
1. The provisions competent for the preparation and conduct of classical proceedings for the award of a contract with a value greater than equal to the EU thresholds shall apply to the proceedings in question.
2. The proceedings are conducted in an open tender mode, pursuant to art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law.
3.The contracting authority does not exercise the entitlement specified in art. 139 para. 1 of the PZP Act.
4. The contracting authority uses the right provided for in art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law: The Ordering Party may annul the contract for the award of the contract, if the public funds that the Employer intended to allocateto finance the entire order will not be awarded to him.
5. The subject of the contract is:
1) Development of project documentation, i.e. technical documentation (hereinafter: Documentation),
2) Preparation of the application for the intention to perform construction works for each location separately in accordance with the requirementsresulting from the construction law (in order to submit by the Ordering Party in the Faculty of Architecture competent for a given institution),
3) execution of construction and assembly works on the basis of agreed and approved documentation,
4) preparation of as-built documentation (including operating instructions andMaintenance of the playground equipment and as -built geodetic inventory - if it is necessary to submit the completion of the completed works in the Faculty of Architecture appropriate for a given institution),
