Description:
1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Gwczyce. 2. A detailed description and quantity of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.3. The order is implemented under the European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027 Program, Priority 2, European Funds for Green Pomerania, Measure 2.23, Circular Economy, Co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.4. The Contractor may not take advantage of errors or omissions appearing in the order documentation, and should immediately notify the Ordering Party of their detection, who will make appropriate changes or corrections. 5. The data specified in the order documentation will be considered target values, changes in which are permissible as part of the arrangements with the Ordering Party.6. It is agreed that the order will be settled in a lump sum form, which will constitute the final remuneration of the person accepting the order for the execution the entire Object of the order, regardless of the expenditure it will have to make in order to achieve the result intended by the parties.
