Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Reconstruction and thermal modernization of the Brodnica Cultural Center in Brodnica, stage I. The reconstruction will consist in replacing the roof covering with ceramic tiles. Construction of the facade, replacement of external and internal doors. Replacement of window joinery. Insulation of gable walls and attics. The interior of the building will be rebuilt. The layout of some rooms will be changed, in accordance with the opinion of the third party. All rooms in the existing part of the building will be refreshed and painted. Floor finishing in accordance with the floor plans and their intended use. Performing ventilation mechanical supply and exhaust air. Replacement of electrical and sanitary installations. Installation of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 10 kWp. As part of the task, the costs should be divided into: 1.1 Thermal modernization of the Brodnica Cultural Center in Brodnica, costs related to: replacement of the roof, which is currently leaking, construction new ceiling made of pre-tensioned slabs, construction of facades and insulation of gables, replacement of external windows and doors, replacement of electrical installations and lighting with energy-saving ones, construction of a mechanical ventilation system supply and exhaust air,...
