Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of tasks in the design and build formula: "Reconstruction and thermal modernization of part of an office building located in Gdańsk at ul. Trakt św. Wojciecha 293C." 2.The subject of the order includes: 1) full implementation design documentation along with obtaining a valid building permit along with all necessary arrangements, opinions and studies necessary to obtain the administrative decision required by law, 2) implementation of construction works in accordance with the design documentation approved by the Ordering Party, including: - carrying out demolition works including removal of construction rubble, disposal of roofing felt and other demolition materials, - excavation for the purpose of insulation building and for elements of installation infrastructure and after completing the works, backfilling the excavations and restoring the area to its original condition, - construction works, - works related to the construction and finishing of partition walls, - works related to the implementation of i finishing of floors and floor underlays, - works related to the construction of windows and doors, - works related to the facade and roof of the building, - works related to the execution of downpipes and sheet metal work, - works related to execution weapons warehouse, - finishing works, - installation works, - delivery of devices and equipment, - construction of a gravel strip around the building, - construction of drainage wells on the plot recommended...
