- The subject of the order is the reconstruction of bathrooms in the DPS building in Wierzbica at ul. Partyzantw 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works constituting Annex No. 1 to this SWZ, and the bill of quantities. Bill of Quantities attached to this SWZ (Appendix No. 9 to SWZ) is only an auxiliary element that facilitates the preparation of the offer. The contractor is obliged to make calculations based on the attached technical documentation, taking into account the provisions of the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ. This procedure has not been divided into parts, as it constitutes an inseparable whole for reasons technical, organizational and economic.
