5.1. The subject of the Claw S Construction works entitled: Reconstruction of the bridge in Kamionka on the BRD rivers is carried out when co -financing from the reserve of the general subsidy for 2025 in accordance with art. 90 para. 1 point 1 of the Act on the income of local government units It is included in SWZ, project documentation and planned contractual provisions of the SWZ. 5.2.
