  • Description :
  • 1. The subject of the contract is the task of "Reconstruction of the BOODY CENTER building (former" Champion "restaurant) in the Silesian Park Gen. Jerzy Ziętek S.A. in Chorzow "in the Park Śląski S.A. in Chorzow.
    2. The commission will be implemented in the "design and build" formula.
    3. Zakres the subject of the contract includes the performance of:
    1) stage I:
    a) implementation of construction design documentation based on the concept of the Ordering Party together with obtaining all final administrative decisions necessary to start and implement construction works on behalf of and for the contracting authority, In particular, the decision on environmental conditions for the planned project (including an environmental impact report), if it turns out to be necessary and a final decision on the building permit, including obtaining the decisions in question for the contracting authority on the basis of the appropriate power of attorney,
    b) developing a detailed investor cost estimate based on KNR,
    c) executive documentation, in accordance with applicable regulations, including technical and construction, design principles and technical knowledge.
    2) Stage II:
    a) competent and in accordance with the principles of building art. construction works (based on the developed documentation) together with obtaining a final positive decision of the use permit,
    b) execution and placement of an information board.
